Privacy & your information

Last updated: September 18, 2026

This notice explains the information used in the WOSMM account, ordering and support flows. Share only what is needed for the service you request.

Information you provide

Account registration asks for a username, email address and password. Orders use the selected service, quantity and a target profile or content link. Support tickets may include the messages and references you provide. Payment records can include the amount, payment method, transaction reference and status.

How the information is used

These details are used to operate your account, process and track orders, display account and payment records, and respond to support requests. Your public target link and order requirements are passed to the service provider when needed to fulfill an order.

Payment information

When payment methods are available, review the payment provider's own privacy information before completing a payment. Do not place full card numbers, card security codes or payment-account passwords in WOSMM order fields or support tickets.

Sessions and preferences

The website uses session and preference functions to support sign-in and remember choices such as the selected language or display currency. Browser controls allow you to manage stored website data. Removing it may sign you out or reset your preferences.

Protect your account

Keep your password and API key private. Social media account passwords and recovery codes are not required for the public-link services listed in the catalog. Avoid sending sensitive information that is unrelated to an order or support request.

Review or request help with your information

Use the Account page to review the settings available to you. For questions about information connected to your account, open a support ticket and describe the request. Include an order or payment reference only when it is needed to identify the record. If you cannot sign in, use the password-reset option on the sign-in page.

Third-party platforms

Social platforms and payment or fulfillment providers operate their own services and have their own data practices. This notice describes the WOSMM account and ordering flows; it does not replace the notices published by those services.
